“Capacity‘“is a statistic measuring the organisation's ability to produce the set of project deliverables, based on satisfying an idealised organogram and job descriptions.
The foundation is a formula: w = P/c, where wp is the ability to work, P is the number of positions filled and c is a management constant (102).
